Last time $REDG was run up by those who loaded .0001s buying the last 89M .0002s in a few minutes - totals shown were while uptrending daily over several days.
The figures include the additional volume that had to be taken out because selfish morons undercut the ask when it had already upticked. If that had not happened at .0006 and .0007, $REDG might easily have broken out above .0010 - it upticked through the .0005s on only 12M.
In addition, there was significant additional volume at every level from .0007 down as further profits were locked in by those who had pre-loaded.
Notice how easily it moved once the 1-tick flippers were taken out.
