company buybacks must purchase shares on the bid. I know on ihub everyone has pronounced this dead... but there is a chance they bought most of those shares. It seems shareholder consensus is they lied...

nothing to do now but wait for the news or another pump.

I also believe if the put a pr to buyback up to 300 million shares and then wanted to declare a r/s Finra would laugh on their face and not approve it, I would imagine.
