I'm not one who wants to see a trial because PARKING TICKET trials are a waste of everybody's time.

When I'm issued a parking ticket, I pay the thing because I got better things to do.  I don't care if I wasn't even in the city at the time.  I'll pay my 15 clams just to not have to waste my time and expense of fighting it.  It cost more to park at the court house, ironically, than the parking ticket fine.
