Can I put my 2 cents in?
Mrs Li and Jerry have been talking for a long time and Mrs Li has control of all of China. It stands to reason she wants the new business in China to be successful and with the opportunity to invest in the expansion of RMHB products it increased her value of the exclusive rights in China. We are talking a potential of billions of dollars in future business. An investment of a few million $ is nothing compared to the potential gains.
Now do I think this is a done deal, my best guess is YES, but that is my opinion. We have to wait and see. The 30 days DD is a cover your AZZ so they can't be sued in case of an earthquake or some such event.
