you do realize the difference between a letter of intent and a signed contract, correct? one is binding and the other is not. as the PR read, there is a 30 day period where Li plays d & d.
you will have to wait until after the financials come out before you find out whether the sale is made or not.
(hint....Li will wait until after the financials come out too before a purchase is made, IF it is made).
