I also know that its not a great sign that NTEK wasn't able to pay their contactual agreement to K2 but considering the content we got from them they were probably on the bottom of the priority list. We haven't heard any complaints from paramount who provided us with 99% of our content. NTEK is also making an effort to pay K2 back. I think all of this was considered with the recap plan post the RS and will be all behind us at some point.
