Okay so I just paid the $21 dollars for the 46 page document filled by K2 at the Los Angeles Court.
Here the is the long and short of it.
Back on January 15, 2016 NTEK settled with K2 for $500k.
Since then NTEK has paid K2 $114,750.
K2 has filled to enforce the rest of settlement of $385,250 plus attorney fees of $6,700.
Hearing is at 9:30am on September 29th.
They were making the payment of $28,250 every month until July which was also when the reverse split was happening.
