Several thoughts here FWIW.

1st of all the length of the deal is up to $10M over 3 years,if or as needed.

2nd , let's suppose that next year , trials have been great and the SP has gone up to $10.00 /share,CTIX would only need to sell 1M shares. (If they actually needed the funds).

3rd , Leo has always been "creative" enough that he could arrange things without needing the funds.

4th is that I really don't see CTIX waiting 3 years for a potential buyout anyway.

Finally , I believe Leo has arranged this deal as a "pacifier" for those who are whining or worried about cash in the future.I think this was done to just "quiet people down" (shut them up in other words)

This is a "NON EVENT".
