$PTX Intereconomia credible and reliable source. Intereconomia published last month that Shire made an offer of $800 million for Raptor. This week, Horizon bought Raptor for $800 million.
2 of 3? Raptor and $800 million. I would give a 3 of 3, if Shire and Horizon offered both $800 million, there may be some conditions or timing that favored Horizon.
