No way would Leo be spending the money for this new hire if they thought they didn't need -- urgently -- someone to get things all set with the FDA. And the fact that the new hire has connections with Warner-Lambert and Pfizer is the frosting on the cake.

And also no way would Leo have made this hire if he didn't think there was going to be money coming in to pay for it.
