No, ThePennyGuru was the one who received information about the surveillance footage at PTOI's plant a while back. He has an inside track on information from PTOI and he was willing to share some previously. The surveillance information was non-material information so it's not breaking any laws...but it would be interesting to hear what's going on at PTOI now.
