These terms are VERY favorable. Before reading the 8k I would have guessed a 1-2M share cost upfront. When the analysts at Aspire did their DD they seem to have come away with "get in this deal ASAP" mentality. A fund doesn't commit 10M under these terms without solid evidence things are going well and the potential for significant upside. This is a HUGE get for CTIX and I'm still shaking my head at the terms... Leo knows his stuff.

If anything this shows that "smart money" got to look under the kimono and decided to put 10M to work. Things are looking good my fellow CTIX longs. If the stock drops at all over this I'm adding significantly.
