I agree, if they whack the stock it is a buy. I will have to sell some long-time holdings to raise cash. I suppose I can rationalize that by paying the lower-rated capital gains tax this year, and then buying the stock back (probably at a higher price) with my huge capital gains from CTIX, down the road.
