"Good people. Today we at Zwagbox learned two good things about shipping.
1. A good number of you who have not received tracking numbers have been shipped boxes. We now have a list from the shipping company and have begun to check and have found several people have boxes about to arrive and don't know it.... Please Please, check your inboxes for an email from Red Giant. Yes, this is slightly confusing but it's what happened. Check your spam/junk mail. If you find one, let us know on facebook, that always feels good (we need it). It's possible those emails were never sent as well.
2. Tonight the last of the boxes ship, we are told at 12pm PST. We know you have heard it before but this may be the final time we say it...
So if you do not have a tracking number tomorrow and you can't find an email from red giant, Email us at info@zwagbox.com or PM us Zwagbox Facebook, Please include your order number and the name you bought the subscription under. In the email header say "Missing tracking number Zwagbox" This will help us go fast and get to everyone.
Everyone will get their box.
