Matt Dwyer is going to deliver 100%...No ifs, ands or buts about it. He will get everything

done and then some and not only will 2013 be huge for BCAP and its investors, but Matt Dwyer

gets to run a brokerage business, a TA business and bring hundreds of private companies public for years to come.

BCAP and Dwyer will deliver big and many if not most of us will become customers of the retail

brokerage as well. He realizes that too......
