Francine Lavoie, CEO of Boreal has reached an agreement with investors from Qatar for securing funds for the purchase the 130 acres Alpine Spring property. Boreal has already put a deposit of $60,000 in January to lock in its first right of refusal and now put on September 12, 2016 an extra $25,000 to get an extension until Oct 7, 2016 for the closing of the purchase of the spring property and for the investors to complete their due diligence. The $85,000 will be credited against the $600,000 purchase price of the property.
