There were two institutional transactions as buyers of cenbf stock, both American firms, both 13F filers. One transaction was small, the other around 1500 shares. The filing of the 8Q might not be material if the trades are broken so the valuation of the shares in relation to the purchase of Tesla Digital might not stand.
