A pump of PTOI is laughable. There hasn't been a pump here for years. Unless one believes someone saying "its going to be good run" or another keeping track of wash trades qualifies as definition of a pump.
No, any pump will come after Heddle inks a deal.
And that pump will be quite justified, with money changing hands having put the lie to all the lies about JBI and PTOI.
