Let's do a sum of the parts based on Leo's letter and the recent acquisition.
So we have P. If they got $600mm for 2 drugs we should be $300 mm. B thru phase 2 plus OM & UP. Say $400mm. Now K. Only $100 mm. Probably more. We also have that fast track coupon that I believe we could sell for $200-300 mm.
So back of the envelope conservative value we should be at $1 billion or so. Fully diluted that's 5.50 - 6.00 bucks a share.
