So, facts as long as they are positive? Your example....if someone asks questions about or discusses that they haven't filed, and that's in fact true......and without any negative adjectives.....then it's just discussing facts right?
The board should have a standard definition of this. I don't see how certain facts about the company can be off limits because someone doesn't like it.
As for the IHUB, if I wanted to talk about them, I'd go back there (if I could, I was banned). If I never hear the letters "IHUB" again, I will be fine.
