Based off the amount of blacked out information from the FAA it is almost like they do not follow Federal Aviation Regulations and instead use opinion to do whatever they want. I read every page, which is to say I looked at a few hundred pages of black ink from the FAA and a bunch of stuff that is so well known already from Baltia that it is common knowledge. Interesting enough the letter I got from the FAA with the request said they are withholding 635 pages of information. So much for freedom of information.
