If anyone has any doubts about manipulation, they need to look no further than the most recent trade of NTGL stock. 100 shares at .0036. There is nothing that explains this except for manipulation. They want people to think that the pps is at .0036 even though nobody is selling shares. Somebody decided to sell 36 cents worth of this stock and somebody decided to buy 36 cents worth????
