If it isn't severe enough, send a message through Mssrs Ashcroft and Sullivan via a lawsuit for damages and name the whole Hee Haw gang in it: Rosen, SA, Mako, LieHub, and the MM's engaged in the shorting scheme. Blow the lid off this MF'er so it doesn't happen to some other small biopharma. If the prosecutors happen to pick this thing up and run with it, great. If not, pursue it. It IS the right thing to do. We have been damaged by their actions, every one of us. I want someone to pay for it. That is what the court system is for, after all.
