Mr. Samblis, I am sure you are aware that there are many respectable companies were shorted to death.  Powerless to defend themselves, so they asked SEC to investigate the illegal aspect of naked shorts.  One being  shorting without borrowing our shares from the legit brokerage. This type of shortings had been done in foreign accounts/brokerages, only SEC's investigation can stop them.
