Simple filing and small fee. Glitch was likely just a change of officers and their respective roles, down to the minutia.
The doubt over this is as valid as having a driver's license that is a couple days old and everyone you know worrying that you will never be able to physically or legally operate a motor vehicle again. The solution? Just show up, pay the fee, wait for the system update, and all is back to normal.
