You may be right Itchy brother, but I doubt it. I think A/S will move aggressively if there is a financial prize to be claimed...that's just business. I don't think they have any interest at all in "getting these bastards back", or ripping Rosen a new asshole, as there is no money in that. If there were the possibility of generating some more money via punitive damages, that might motivate them also. I just think these guys are seasoned lawyers. They are not operating out of emotion, they are using their knowledge and experience from a career in the practice of law, to achieve their goal...and dispassionately so IMO. I'm glad that CTIX has some drug candidates that look like they could help a lot of people if we can ever navigate the FDA quagmire, but the bottom line for me is, CTIX is an investment that I hope to make some money on. While I'd like to see the illegal SP manipulators get their just rewards, I think only the SEC could get that done...and I just don't see that happening. But WTFDIK!
