That view , if memory serves , has been posted here before more than once worded slightly different. Even though we DO NOT KNOW for sure that this is going on it does make logical sense.
What points to it for me is that THERE ARE A LOT BETTER STOCKS to short than CTIX to made short money on. Many many of them that I know of and I am not a PRO. In a nutshell shorts here are not making that much money . base on continued LOW daily volume, to justify continued bashing and shorting. SOOOOOO it seems to me , maybe others too, that some entity wants to keep the PPS down with the intention of a buyout later at a much lower price. Like -example $10/share rather than $20/share -even while holding a THEORETICAL 10 million share short position. They would under that scenario saves many millions. ALL SPEC of course but would not suprise me to find out that I'm not far off.
