Also, I'd like to remind the board that Leo gave me the following statement in an email response back on August 31: "We are working on the next Kevetrin study and expect to update our shareholders in the coming weeks".
So I don't know if he was indicating that the 10-K information was coming in those weeks or if he was talking about a stand-alone update on K. The phrase 'coming weeks' feels like a 3-4 week time period to me and I have a gut feeling he was talking about K only, especially since the stated goal is to start the trial in Q4. But, WTFDIK?
