This is not going to take 2 years: For vatious resons:
1st, HJOE filed summory.There is no way the delay was because of them or the court. The court had 3 months prior to that day to prolong things. Putting one and one together...I believe it was kbm who was responsible...only logical thing.
Second, a judge at any time can allow hjoe to file and protect them during the procedures..They also can rule on HJOEs motion and throw this out.
I can't see a judge allowing another stalling move the next time. They are taking up the courts time and it should be dealt with a heavy hand next time.
kBM may be stalling because they know that hjoe may go after them for defamation of character. We have all scene it...
But, the other fish to be fryed, will be done after this ruling. That's why they are stalling.because a network of people could#may be exposed....I think you know who,what,and where...
