Occam's Razor for me. The simplest explanation that encompasses the facts, is usually the best one. Pneumonia, dehydration and antibiotics effects on a 68 year old women.
If Trump were to do the same, simplest explanation from the right and a lengthy list of bat-shit speculations from the left?
I say the former and little if any of the latter.
