IMO the court date was pushed back due to courts scheduling priorities. Courts will do that especilly if it was recommended for the parties to mediate. Also I haven't found or heard of any paperwork being filed by either parties to delay the court date. On a side note, it sure looks like someone is keeping the pps down here for some reason. Of course this just MHO. GO HJOE!
