I caught that nugget as well, but I interpret it as another forward statement of 'if' those two criteria are met that they will address that drug trial. My gut reaction was that the statement is just yet another placeholder of future intentions, not any hints of expectations of funding. I sure hope I am misinterpreting it though.

What I did interpret from most of this year's 10-K is what has been discussed and continues to be discussed on this board: CTIX has been handcuffed from progressing in drug development and trials due to the drop in share price valuation over the last 2 years. Frivolous lawsuits, purposeful misrepresentation of company facts, manipulation of share price, and criminal/illegal shorting have DIRECTLY contributed to delaying and stalling company progress, and have directly cost legitimate shareholders their money. It should be 100% clear at this point that any posters who complain about lack of company progress and funding issues that do not acknowledge these things are clearly part of the group(s) behind those activities.
