It's just being so in the dark about what is going on, nothing in the filings as to who asked for what. The company is doing great things but it still remains a huge leap of faith to invest. I would think their lawyers know what they are doing but is it best for investors or the company? I am banking on the hope it remains the best for both but to not get the filing current this year is a bit of a crushing blow to me as an investor.
