Looks like the press release bumped up the stock up to as high as $0.068 before dropping down to $0.048...even if the total dollar volume today was only about $6,000 so far.
I'm sure even the longs have a good idea that the announced MOU is just more fiction from Mr. Heddle, but that misses the point. The point is that Mr. Heddle is showing that he's willing to keep pumping the stock and wrote the opening paragraph for what may be a new chapter of fiction. In my opinion, it's now much more likely that Mr. Heddle hasn't given up trying to re-open the money flow from investors into the company. It's very possible that there's more 'news' to come.
With the low volume, more press releases from Mr. Heddle would show he's serious about pumping the stock and could really make the stock bounce.
Personally I think it's best to avoid sham companies like PTOI but the stock could get interesting.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
