The PINK SHEET status is strictly a designation by OTCMarkets.com.
It is NOT a representation of the SEC.....
RMHB is now a FULLY REPORTING COMPANY according to the SEC
When the 10K AUDITED ANNUAL REPORT is filed OTCMarkets.com will then change the status to OTCQB. (provided the $12,500 fee is paid, and a Audited Annual Report is filed)
By The Way: A fully reporting company CAN BE A FULLY REPORTING PINK SHEET if they cannot or will not pay the $10,000 annual fee to OTCMarkets.com.
