It sounds like George is still dependent on order deposits to get anything going. No mention of the Chinese government's interest in funding as stated in a previous PR.

I believe George is hamstrung by the Chinese government and they will not permit him to go public with the name of any business in China until it is beneficial to them.

This latest PR only maintains George's credibility to a limited extent. I have reason to believe that he knew of the confidential agreement a week ago. He painted himself into a corner by announcing a time frame in advance and had to come out with something. Hopefully, things will start to pop and we will all be surprised. In the mean time, I remain long.
