yes but someone posted out there a new filing this month against ntek for failing to make scheduled monthly payment which I believe was 100k/month for several months. that last part is hearsay-I'm not sure what the conditions were but I read the posted filing about missed payment. maybe it's all a ruse to get longs going but it looked real to me.
