Further, it may be only be a penalty against JB and Baldwin and not the company directly.  Who knows, but I just wish they would get on with it.  I'm hoping for a trial but I expect the PIPERS want a resolution at any cost.  In my opinion that's a big mistake.  I want them to go to trial.  I want to see the SEC files.  I also want to know who reported the so called crime, I want to know who profited from the SEC Suit and how some people were privy to the Wells Notice/Law Suit before JBI was even served.  Did those people benefit directly/indirectly from the early release?
