Companies with real products do it all the time, actually, on the pink sheets. Let's just hope, and it probably is, a legitimate LOI and not a big pump to dump on. This isn't the first time this company has had HUGE LOI and nothing ever came of it. If this does happen you should see a surge in the pps followed by settling and a market adjustment. It could be huge surge at that. If this flops then you'll see a big flush out on the pps.
