I checked both Links and no shorts were reported on each site for NTEK on 9/12/2016.
If there were, then the Numbers should be there.
It's after 6 PM!!
My conclusion = No shares shorted.
Unless they report them tomorrow, which would be very weird!
My best guess.
If no longs bought then no shares were available to be shorted.
The MM"S must have pulled off a crooked report as Usual.
