Facts:
As of 9/7/16, there were ~103 M o/s. Cash on hand is just fine through Q3 2017 - per Mgt and their recent presentation.
** My point...by then we are profitable and likely at a much higher PPS too. I doubt this EVER dilutes much past 115M o/s total folks. Not bad
Just thinking aloud BUT instead of a 1-2 reverse split, Dr. D very well could give back 12-15M of his personal shares to treasury and NOT NEED any r/s as PPS just has to touch uplisting price. It does not have to remain at or above it for any set length of time. Just keep it in mind.
