I agree with you ..... I feel with everything that was happening with Dave Foley going away, they needed someone like Dan Wong as a go to guy. Jeff and Phil Foley are not your regular Corporate Executives running a publicly traded company. They're Tech guys holding down the fort for Dave Foley and to build UltraFlix.
I feel that DW did the best he could with what was given to him. They probably kept him in the dark the same as the shareholders. I'm sure he hung in as long as he could financially but when the R/S came, MAYBE they want to issue him more shares in NTEK when he decided to call it quits...
I'm sure with the limited cash $$$$ resources, NTEK had to pay for equipment first and then pay the tech employees working on building UF which was more important. I'm sure they received shares as well.
