The Labrador property has a fully reporting NI 43-101 completed, this will come into play in the future but as far as spending money on a mining property right now, no way.... prices are too low and demand is non existent, The 10K just clarified what has been completed on the property and it sits in the company land bank for future consideration, that could be years from now unless demand picks up.
