My Opinion....
Delgado needs to have a completed Rontan deal....PR'd...with filings and transparency....prior to October 1, 2016.....
Or I see some larger holders losing faith and selling out....PPS will plummet....
That will signal the "need" for a "awareness campaign"....which may or may not bring the pps back to an acceptable level....
Just sharing my OPINION...but I am also one of those LARGE shareholders saying its time to PRODUCE....
GDSI time has run its limit on Rontan....
