Well given the circumstances - sure there is a LOI but no details are given for pricing those 100mm restricted shares -- it sure maybe higher than fri close price and agree with others this will allow for a solid influx of working capitol for co - non dilutive- including huge increase of sales in China as well as National distribution state side --
