I think we all agree that if this does get exercised it is good news.
Let's cross our fingers that it leads to a purchase offer. Once that closes, we can get excited.
But let's keep in mind that this is at the exploratory stage, not the sale stage. It sounds like they bring a lot to the table, again all good.
I've written and negotiated options on both sides of the table, both smaller and larger than this one, and cautious optimism is the accurate way to go.
