I think this is a potentially huge announcement for RMHB.
While being totally surprised by it .I think it solves some major problems that we have been facing if option is exercised:
1-proper non dilutive finacing.
2-potential large distribution chain.
3-potential global expansion.
there of course comes the questionables:
1- In what roll will Jerry remain?
2-who exactly is this Li person and what experience does she have?
3- what happens is deal does not go through
Overall I think it could be potentially huge. Why would an investor from China want to make a large play in the beverage market if they werent going to bring the guns ?
