Regarding that LOI, let's hope the uplist goes through this month so it helps solidify the potential sales to Li.
It would be nice if the sale went through. It sounds like funding would then be internal from Li.
But whoever posted this LOI, may want to revisit clause 2. Confidentiality:
"Additionally, the terms and existence of this Letter of Intent shall be kept strictly confidential between the parties."
