No Rob, the fiscal year ends for TPAC at the end of October or 10/31.
So, after this upcoming 10-Quartley to come out mid-September covering May-June July we will get the 10-K covering Aug-Sept-Oct. and basically the entire year.
While a Quarterly (10-Q) has 45 days before it needs to be filed with OTCMarkets and can have an extension of 5 calendar days, the 10-K has 90-days or three months before it needs to be filed with OTCMarkets and can have an extension of 15 calendar days if needed.
