The deal, JV002, was announced on the company forum that it did not go through and fell apart. Past that, we do not know if they had any deals nor did Jerry mention that there were any further deals with Idria via forum updates. We have evidence, however, that XNRG has not done any business with Idria in some time, as evidenced by another post by Jerry 5 months ago that none of the deals in progress involve Idria. Additionally, igotgame mentioned he talked to Jerry some time ago and he mentioned they haven't been working with them for longer than that. Jerry has even mentioned that the joint ventures are specific to the deals. For example, Jerry mentioned in a post 6 months ago that the Idria Xun joint venture was specific to the Filkas deal:

So, when that one fell apart so did the partnership until they found another deal to work on IMO, which, as stated above, seems that another was not found.
Also, if you look at Idria's website, you can see they have other partners, other joint ventures, and other deals that fell through not concerning XNRG. So the statement referring to the new fuel venture could mean any present partner Idira is working with.
Lastly, the article did not mention Idria Energy, this was about a personal issue between Pascal and the government. This did not have anything to do, nor did the article mention, Idria Energy and its operations.
Agreed on the deal, hoping the crude oil deal, that included crude oil supply; refined products; refinery ownership, goes through soon since they have been working on it for a year now. Being its still in the works tells me all involved are still interested in doing this deal. Hoping we hear something positive on it soon so XNRG can begin to blossom. IMO, we just need to be patient and let Jerry do his thing.
